Junior Merchandiser @ THE OUTNET (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Westfield office, Shepherd's Bush
Reporting to: Senior Merchandiser

- Planning: Full‑year planning and re‑forecasting for the department driven by historical analysis and strategic goals; submits monthly sales, stock, and markdown forecasts; completes clearance forecasts; creates brand planning and vendor packs; collaborates with buying teams on OTB targets.
- Trading: Manages and controls department activity to minimise risk and maximise performance; reviews and presents in‑season stock opportunities; works with upload planners and suggests tactical actions; acts as the key contact for all department analysis.
- Team: Works closely with the Senior Merchandiser and internal stakeholders; demonstrates company vision and values; coaches and supports direct reports; monitors performance and implements corrective actions in partnership with HR.
- Graduate‑level education or equivalent
- Extensive fashion retail merchandising experience, preferably online and branded
- Strong numeracy, analytical and computer skills
- Proven track record of creating positive business impact through merchandising strategy
- Good judgment and decision‑making skills
- Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
- Strong customer awareness and brand knowledge
- Discretion, professionalism and excellent communication
- Exceptionally organised, efficient and methodical
- Time‑keeping and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Pro‑active mindset and willingness to contribute ideas beyond day‑to‑day remit
- Ability to constantly improve The Outnet offering
