This position suits someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, is comfortable engaging with customers in person, and is looking to develop valuable skills in sales and brand representation.

• Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations
• Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers
• Deliver clear and accurate product information
• Create a positive in‑store customer experience
• Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently
• Support in‑store promotional activities and campaigns
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

• Confident communicating with customers in person
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and take feedback on board
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
