As one of our Home Delivery Drivers, you’ll be the special ingredient that delivers everything our online customers shop for.

• You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if you’re successful, there will be a driving assessment when you join us.

• Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in great condition.
• Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, road‑worthy and delivery cases secure before driving safely in a variety of locations and conditions.
• Serving customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and substitutions, and keeping them aware of any delays.
• Building great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
• When not delivering, helping across the store as needed.

• Friendly and welcoming, with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing the best doorstep experience.
• Proficient at driving a large vehicle in different locations, from busy residential streets to narrow country lanes, delivering to a variety of residential properties.
• Happy working in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, using initiative to solve problems—often on your own but also thrives in being part of a team.
• Always ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed; trained in a variety of skills, with opportunities to learn and develop.
• Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology, and moving shopping containers up to 15 kg.
