Our Supervisors play akey role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you’ll support theday-to‑day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop‑floor operations.

What you’ll do:

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you’ll be:

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer‑facings environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer‑facing environment.
