As a Senior CDP, you’ll be a key leader on the line, confident in your section, supporting junior chefs, and driving consistency across the menu. You’ll bring experience, energy, and an eye for quality to every service, helping the team deliver excellence every time.

• Solid experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality-driven kitchen
• Calm, confident, and reliable in busy service
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to prep and standards
• A natural mentor with leadership potential and a passion for great food

The on target earning potential for this role is £45,981 per annum - comprising a base salary of £31,473, plus a qualified estimate of £14,508 in gratuities and service charge.
