Overview
Executive Head Chef - London - 60k
Do you want to lead the culinary team for a contract caterer as Executive Head Chef at a unique London events venue?
I'm looking for an Executive Head Chef who possesses the following:
Qualifications / Requirements- Experience with in a multi-faceted operation
- The ability to manage 2 Head Chefs and a large BOH team
- Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
- Strong events experience
- Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
- Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
- All candidates applying for this Executive Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
