Overview
We are currently looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities- Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards.
- To ensure all mise en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with company food safety policy.
- To complete daily food safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperature recording.
- Carry out all reasonable requests ensuring the quality of work is in line with company standards
- Train and develop the team below your position including the apprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with the departmental standards and SOP's.
- Ensure you are compliant with all Food safety and health and safety policies
- You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
- Salary: 30,763.20 + service charge
