• Ownership – you will be a strong team member who demonstrates leadership skills in the right moments
• Meticulous - whether it is an event set up, cashing up or self-grooming, an eye for detail is an essential tool for any caterer
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ Waitress in a luxury environment an advantage
• You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

• Our Head Waiters/ Waitresses are responsible for consistently managing and exceeding guest expectations to the highest standards
• Head Waiters/ Waitresses communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues to ensure the smooth running of services and events
• Remember and engage with our guests to ensure their memorable experience
