The Head Chef will play a pivotal role in shaping the menu alongside the Executive Chef, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the seamless delivery of quality dishes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team
• Oversee food production to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
• Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive working environment
