The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. The Ned City of London houses Ned's Club, a private members' space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 248 hotel bedrooms.

• Be the main point of contact for your guests' entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for
• Using your knowledge of menus, answer guest queries and provide recommendations to ensure every guest receives the perfect meal
• Visit guests in their hotel rooms, maintaining impeccable presentation and delivering a slick operation with a friendly and open energy
• Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything below Ned standards reach our guests
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting guests and teammates from harm
• Shifts vary, with the earliest start at 9 pm and latest finish at 8 am, depending on business needs

• Fantastic personality, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service
• Great all-round food and drinks knowledge is an advantage; training available on Ned's menus
• Ability to take orders and answer guest queries on the phone and in person; excellent phone manner and communication skills are essential
• Desire to learn and progress, with opportunities to participate in The Ned's learning calendar

• Salary of £17/hour (including service charge)
