Overview

We’re hiring energetic Food Runners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to join our front of house team at our newest venue, The Hart in Marylebone.

This vibrant venue offers exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service. There’s a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.

• Salary - £12.21 per hour + Service charge (Earn up to £17 per hour)

• Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables or designated areas promptly and accurately
• Verify accuracy of orders, ensuring that all dishes match the corresponding table numbers or descriptions
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement
• Collaborative teamwork, work closely with the team to provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries

• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
