• Full creative control of menu development and culinary direction

• Manage food costs, GP targets, and supplier relationships

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in fine dining or high-end modern restaurants
• Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine and contemporary techniques
