This position is based on a casual contract. Gross Salary: £competitive. How exciting would it be to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment preparing the food for our guests and ensuring they leave with a great all‑round experience?

• Prepare food using Merry chefs.
• Present food in line with brand standards.
• Preparation, set‑up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food.
• Place food orders and ensure food cost is in line with budgets.
• Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organise BOH areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food items.
• Follow all food safety policies to work safely.
• Follow HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures).
• Have a positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in the kitchen.

• High energy and fearless do‑it‑yourself attitude.
• Passionate about food.
• Skilled multi‑tasker who can balance hard work with great service and thinking ahead.
• Clear communicator, fluent in English (other languages a plus).
• Experience with in the service industry.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal experience of travel and the travel industry.
