Hidden Society:
The 2026 Vision is coming to Fitzrovia. We’re opening a new cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.
As Bar Manager, you are the “Sensei” and the Guardian of our sanctuary. You are the bridge between the vision and the glass. You are obsessed with product quality, a creative mindset, and the development of our “Apprentices” (Bartenders). You ensure the “Sanctuary” functions with surgical precision so that our guests can truly quiet the noise of the city.

Responsibilities Owning the Bar Operation Taking full ownership of the bar operation day to day, ensuring service runs calmly and with intention- Training, mentoring, and developing bartenders at every level
- Creating clear expectations and consistent feedback so standards are understood and upheld
- Supporting a positive, professional team culture rooted in pride and respect
- Working closely with senior leadership to build a cohesive management team
- Total obsession with quality control. If a drink isn’t a “masterpiece”, it doesn’t cross the pass.
- Maintaining exceptional standards across prep, glassware, cleanliness, and presentation
- Supporting menu development and ensuring new drinks are embedded through training and repetition
- Protecting the integrity of the bar — no shortcuts, no compromise
- Managing stock, ordering, deliveries, prep, and wastage with accuracy and care
- Using reports and insight to inform ordering decisions and minimise waste
- Understanding how great stock control supports both quality and sustainability
- Maintaining clear systems for prep, service, open and close-downs
- Supporting rotas and staffing levels that balance service quality with team wellbeing
- Ensuring compliance, health & safety, and licensing standards are upheld at all times
We are looking for a skilled leader who finds beauty in the “Unseen Details.”
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender that has a deep-rooted passion for cocktail culture, balance, and technical excellence.
- Leads calmly and confidently, setting standards through example
- You believe that hospitality is a high-level craft and you treat your bar like a “temple”.
- You are a “Sensei” by nature—you get more satisfaction from seeing your team succeed than from taking the spotlight yourself.
- If your motivation comes from speed, scale, or ego, this probably isn’t the right room.
- If you are motivated by the pursuit of perfection and the growth of your team, we want to hear from you.
- A SPECIALIZED LEADERSHIP ROLE:
You are part of a trio (GM, Bar Manager, Head Bartender) where your specific focus is on being the Sensei/Support element. - CRAFT WITHOUT CHAOS:
