We’re looking for a brilliant GM to take the reins at this well-loved South London neighbourhood spot. It’s a cosy, fun restaurant that’s part of a wider group carving out a beautiful reputation in the industry. The growing group is known for its strong focus on people and for providing brilliant opportunities within hospitality. The positive vibe and energy are infectious!

There's a short low intervention list that sits alongside the seasonal menu - which is casual, great for sharing and SO delicious, the sort of food you keep going back for! As well as the restaurant, there’s also a snug cocktail bar serving a chic selection of cocktails and snacks. This space also doubles up as a brilliant event venue, hosting everything from private hires to whisky and wine tastings.

As GM, you’ll have full responsibility for both the restaurant and the bar. You'll reporting into the brilliant, super-energetic owners that we love working with.

From training and developing your team to introducing new wine & cocktail lists, to collaborating with the HC on the menu offering - there's so much opportunity to keep pushing this place which has rightly so created a excellent reputation.

The venue is closed on Mondays, open in the evenings Tuesday–Sunday, and during the day on Friday–Sunday. This is a perfect role for an AGM looking to step up to GM level.
