Multi Cafe Manager

• Oversee daily operations across multiple cafe locations, ensuring consistency and high standards.
• Manage a diverse team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement innovative menus that cater to customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through effective cost management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Analyse customer feedback and make improvements to enhance the cafe experience.

• Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management, ideally in a multi-site role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for food and customer service.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
