This is a rare and highly visible leadership role within a Michelin-starred restaurant at one of London’s most luxurious 5-star hotels.
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with presence, polish, and personality to lead the restaurant, while also overseeing private dining and in-room dining service.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Restaurant Manager…- £56,650 per annum plus £10,000 service charge

We are looking for someone with strong Michelin or equivalent fine dining experience. You must have the confidence to work a room, build relationships with guests, and deliver refined service with warmth.
Charm and personality are essential. This is luxury hospitality that feels personal, not corporate.
