is looking for a warm and capable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our friendly, independent restaurant. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and building great relationships with regular customers. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise shifts, and deliver excellent customer service.

• No super late finishes, except for about seven events a year

• Wednesday: 8am – 4pm
• Thursday – Saturday: 8am – 9pm
• Sunday: 8am – 6pm
• Closed Monday & Tuesday

• Available to work all Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings
• At least supervisor‑level experience in hospitality
• Essential barista and bartending experience
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Customer‑focused, friendly, and confident

• Supportive and friendly working environment
• Consistent hours with no regular late nights
• A genuinely nice place to work with great people

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full‑time
