Barista - Exchange Cafe

Overview

The Exchange Cafe is a little different to most cafes being co located with the UK's largest pre owned bike business Cycle Exchange. The location is a showroom and workshop located in Kingston near Richmond Park. The shop is a fun and a vibrant place to work with great staff dynamics. We are passionate about good coffee and food. Over the years we have built a solid reputation for delivering some of the most consistent and loved coffee in the Kingston area.

We are now looking to hire a full-time barista. Start date immediately.

We are currently looking for a Barista/all rounder, 34 - 42 hours a week full time. The right candidate must be able to work a weekend day. Experience in speciality coffee is essential.

• A passion for fine tasting food, coffee and customer service.
• Must have some experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Must be well spoken and confident to give instructions to others.
• Be a clean and well organised individual.
• Have an extremely good eye for small details.
• Be willing to learn and develop.
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have great communication skills and LOVE PEOPLE!
