We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing food and beverage retail location in Central London. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences through a well-trained, motivated team, while driving commercial success and maintaining the highest operational standards.

You will take full ownership of your restaurant's performance, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence, while working in line with established brand standards and values.

* Deliver business and commercial strategies with support from central teams

* Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and control costs

* Lead by example to consistently exceed customer expectations through service and product quality
