A luxury care and nursing home in Greater London is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of kitchen experience and hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene or Catering Services. You'll lead and develop kitchen staff while ensuring that each meal is nutritious and of restaurant-quality.
