Overview

The Northern Union Pub Company is dedicated to preserving and revitalizing pubs in North London. Since the opening of The Haverstock Tavern in 2019, the company has successfully rescued and reopened five pubs, ensuring they serve as vital community hubs. Each pub is unique, but they all share a commitment to providing an exceptional pub experience.

Position: CDP / Commis Chef

Location: North London

Salary: Up to £18 per hour

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

We are looking for a commis Chef / CDP and help us launch our new food concept at the flagship pub.

About You
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen
  • Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for food, creativity and innovation in the kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen regulations
