Freemans Event Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic and outgoing Costa Baristas to deliver exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service at a variety of high-profile sporting and entertainment events across London.

This is a casual, event-based role. Shifts will vary depending on the event calendar, including major sporting fixtures, concerts, and live entertainment. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for shifts that suit your availability.

As a Costa Barista, you’ll be part of our vibrant events team, preparing and serving Costa’s signature drinks to the highest standard across multiple exciting venues. You’ll deliver a friendly, efficient service, keep your workspace clean and well-stocked, and help ensure every customer enjoys their experience - even during the busiest rushes.

This is a flexible, casual role ideal for people who thrive in lively environments and take pride in creating great coffee moments for every guest.

• Prepare and serve Costa’s full range of hot and cold beverages to brand standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.
• Support the setup and pack-down of coffee stations before and after events.

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Flexible and available for evenings and weekends.
• A genuine passion for great coffee and attention to detail.
