Overview
We re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our luxury event catering operations across London.
Responsibilities- Supporting the head chef with event prep and service
- Cooking and plating to a high standard for private events
- Managing prep timelines and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen cleanliness
- Confident with high-volume event prep
- Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure
- Available for mornings, evenings and weekends
- Previous experience as a sous chef or strong CDP
