• Leading shifts and supporting team members during service.
• Maintaining our high coffee standards and consistency.
• Coaching baristas on technique, speed, and flow.
• Opening and closing the store as needed.
• Facilitating training for new hires.
• Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Taking on key holder responsibilities during shifts.

• Strong experience in specialty coffee.
• Previous experience in a senior barista or supervisor role.
• Capable of managing shifts and supporting colleagues.
• Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible for early starts and weekend shifts.
