Overview

We are looking for experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartenders to join Florattica, our stunning rooftop bar at Canopy by Hilton London City.

• Deliver an outstanding and engaging bar experience, serving exceptional cocktails and drinks with flair and precision.
• Bring passion, personality, and professionalism to every guest interaction, ensuring unforgettable moments.
• Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Support the daily operations of the bar, including stock control, setup, and cleanliness.
• Share your mixology expertise with the team and help drive innovation in our cocktail offerings.

• Has previous experience working in premium cocktail bars, hotels, or high-end hospitality venues.
• Possesses a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends.
• Loves meeting people and crafting drinks that tell a story.
• Has a natural ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming, fun, and professional environment.
• Is flexible, sociable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Has the right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).
