Job Responsibilities
  • Overall restaurant operations management (sales, inventory, HR, finance)
  • Kitchen management and food training
  • Wine collection management and purchasing support
  • Staff training and schedule management
  • Quality customer service control and VIP guest handling
  • Participation in marketing and event planning
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration between front-of-house and kitchen operations
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Languages: Fluent in English and korean (required)
  • Professional Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of wine (WSET certification preferred)
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management programs
  • Understanding of the Singapore F&B market
  • Korean or Western cuisine certification, or at least 5 years of kitchen work experience
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-oriented service mindset
Working Conditions
  • Employment Type:

    Full-time
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday off)
  • Salary:
    Negotiable based on experience (SGD 6,000 ~ 6,500+ per month)
  • Visa Support: S Pass / Employment Pass sponsorship available for eligible candidates
