Searcys are looking for Waiter/Waitress to join our Team at 116 Pall Mall.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to assist the floor team leaders in the day to day running of our Brasserie and the members lounges . As a Searcys waiter you will be required to run sections, understanding and delivering all guests requirements and offering seamless service, food and drink.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. This venue benefits from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier filled ballrooms.

Salary: £13.85 per hour + Service charge after probation

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
  
  Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
• Hands on and proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and as part of ateam
• Passion for food and beverage
• Strong organisational skills
