Aramark UK is recruiting a Part‑time General Service Assistant in the Defence sector to be part of our integral team at Regents Park Barracks, London NW1 4AL
.

This role supports day‑to‑day operations by serving food and alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages to customers, handling till work, cleaning dining areas, and supporting both front and back‑of‑house areas. Excellent customer service is required, and the employee reports to the General Manager on site.

• Serve food and beverages to customers while ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to, delivering excellent customer service.
• Stock management: stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, and cleaning dining and serving areas.
• Operate the till and process cash and card payments, including accurate financial record keeping.
• Serve on food counters and upsell products/sizes.

• Part‑time, permanent position – 16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 18:30 – 20:30 shifts.
• Hourly rate of £12.21.

• Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided in the country for longer than 5 years.
• DBS checks required for the role, with likelihood of progressing to an Enhanced DBS.
• Previous customer‑facing or food‑service experience is desirable; full training will be provided on site.
• Minimum age 18.
• Proficient spoken English.
• Ability to work independently.
