Assistant Manager through to AGM and General Manager.

We’relooking for Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers who thrive in a service-led environment, enjoy leading large teams, and take pride in delivering consistently high standards.

• Have experience in full table service restaurants
• Are currently an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager
• Have at least 1–2 years’ management experience
• Understand P&L, labourcontroland commercial performance
• Are ambitious and want clear progression to AGM and GM
