• Understand and efficiently operate bakery machinery and equipment.
• Consistently produce baked goods that meet the hotel's high‑quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring proper stock rotation is in place.
• Performing tasks as directed by senior Bakers, such as the Head Baker, to help in preparation.
• Help to receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth bakery operations.

You have a genuine interest in culinary operations and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn while actively supporting the kitchen team. You possess a foundational understanding of food preparation techniques and are committed to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Flexibility is important, as some shifts may start as early as 4:00 AM. This role requires a dynamic combination of creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
