Isla restaurant and terrace is a beautiful indoor‑outdoor garden oasis with a Modern European & British menu of seasonal small plates, minimal‑intervention wines, and seasonal cocktails – ideal dining for any time of day.

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who will capture the essence of Isla and join our leadership team as Restaurant Manager
.

As Isla Restaurant Manager
, you will manage the team and service to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your excellent knowledge of food and drink, passion for service, high‑level experience in restaurant operations, order of service, and guest experience will create an engaging and inspiring environment that will train and lead your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Finally, you will be a host to our guests, adding a touch of personality and theatre to their experience, and making our guests feel welcome whilst they visit Isla and The Standard; so you will need to be highly social, upbeat and friendly; confident and can handle pressure well; thrive in a busy, high energy environment and manage multiple tasks and guests with ease.

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager ideally gained in a similar high quality ‘Lifestyle’ restaurant or in the boutique hotel sector
• Highly motivated and pro‑active; act with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
• Strong knowledge of and interest in exceptional food, drinks, and service
• Excellent understanding and experience in restaurant operations
• Experience training teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain consistent standards
• Display a passionate, fun, and enthusiastic approach to work to inspire and motivate the team, and create an enjoyable, cohesive, and supportive working environment
• Solid wine & beverage knowledge
• Experience with HR procedures, training & development, and compliance
• Full‑time availability, flexible Monday–Sunday, late‑night Thursday–Saturday
