The Role:

We are seeking a passionate Baristato helpour team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands‑on approach, creativity in menu offerings, and strong leadership skills to drive the deli’s success.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks:
    Know and prepare a variety of cold and hot cafeteria beverages.
  • Attend to customers:
    Take orders and serve drinks efficiently and with excellent customer service.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness:
    Clean and sanitize the bar, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Process payments:
    Handle cash and credit cards, ensuring transactions are accurate.
  • Control bar inventory:
    Monitor the stock of drinks and other supplies, and report replenishment needs.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints:
    Resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the floor team:
    Coordinate with waiters to ensure correct order delivery.
  • Report any problems, requests, conflicts, or incidents to Supervisors and Managers:
    Communicate any situation that requires immediate attention.
Customer Service
  • Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include:
  • Being attentive to guests & understanding and anticipating guest needs
  • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest requests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
  • Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
  • Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
  • Appreciate the dynamic nature of the hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers
  • Be able to promote the hotel products and services
