What we look for
  • Existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP with natural leadership and a passion for producing quality fresh food
  • Experience championing excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrated passion for leading and developing a team
  • Hands‑on Chef with excellent communication skills
  • Responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety
  • Collaborates with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to GP and labour
  • Pro‑active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, engaging with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
