Cook (also looking for Barista) at ta turu store
Ta' Turu Store is a French creperie and champagne bar, primarily serving (savoury) galettes and (sweet) crepes, as well as excellent coffee, French cider and curated champagne.
We are seeking a part‑time or full‑time chef who can:
- Make and plate our complex crepes (significant professional kitchen experience is not required, but we do require a love of cooking and an aesthetic eye), as well as omelettes, salads, etc. If you don’t have professional kitchen experience beyond KP please write how you fulfill this requirement.
- Interact with guests.
- Maintain the highest hygiene and health and safety standards.
Native or fully fluent French is a significant plus.
We are a small place with an open kitchen so an ability to interact with guests and multi‑tasking are essential. In an ideal world you’ll be great at making beautiful and tasty crepes AND excellent barista‑level coffee.
