We’re currently looking for a seasoned Chef De Partie who thrives within a mission‑driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally‑sourced, unforgettable dishes.

• Passionate about food and a minimum of 3–5 years of similar work experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
