- Experience in restaurant service is a plus but not required.
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for a career in wine.
- Daily training on new wines and a blind bottle tasting at the end of each day.
- Internal fine‑wine training programme (e.g., Battle for the Soul of Barolo, Bordeaux: The Story of the Noughties).
- Regular in‑house visits from winemakers and industry leaders.
- Opportunities to visit wineries across the UK (harvest, pruning, tastings).
- External wine training including WSET qualifications, Diploma, Educator Programme, and Master of Wine.
- Choose your weekly hours – options for 45 hrs (6 shifts) or 50 hrs (7 shifts) per week, with tronc inclusive.
- Industry‑leading pay and fully paid breaks, holidays, and overtime.
- Discounted wine and 50 % off food at any Noble Rot venue.
- Company pension.
- Comprehensive career development opportunities.
- Rota scheduled three weeks in advance.
- 28 days holiday (including service charge) and Sundays off.
