Supporting the General Manager in running the day‑to‑day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the front‑of‑house team performance and development. You’ll set the standard of customer service, ensuring everyone who visits Farmer J has a memorable experience.

• Salary between £33,300 – £35,000 (based on experience and shop type).
• 15% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on performance and KPIs.

• Leading the front‑of‑house team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the front‑of‑house team.
• Ensuring the correct Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are always followed.
• Organising and conducting team meetings and training sessions.
• Working alongside our Kitchen Assistant Manager to deliver amazing food.

• Experience as Assistant Manager / Assistant General Manager / Deputy Manager in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven hospitality or QSR environment.
• Naturally excellent customer service.
• Colourful personality and individuality, being bold but humble.
