Pastry Chef Wanted – Caffe Concerto

Caffe Concerto is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team! You’ll help craft and improve a wide range of baked goods, including croissants, cake sponges, muffins, frangipanes, scones, breads, and more. If you’re passionate about baking and enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and develop high-quality pastry and bakery items
Maintain excellent taste, texture, and presentation
Follow all Food Hygiene & Safety standards
Work closely with other kitchen sections for smooth production
Monitor processes and fix any inconsistencies
Deliver fresh products daily
Take part in ongoing training and development

Requirements

Technical Skills

Experience with mixers, dough sheeters, ovens, etc.
Skilled in doughs, puff pastry, croissants, and general bakery production
Strong attention to detail

Personal Skills

Creative and full of fresh ideas
Great time-management in a busy kitchen
Quick learner and adaptable
