We are currently looking for a Head Bartender to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Head Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create high‑quality beverages, as well as provide guidance to the Bar team.

Salary: £42,500.00 – £44,000.00

• Deliver all bar‑related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards and ensure the bar team adheres to all standards.
• Ensure drinks are prepared, the bar is set up and broken down in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Effectively communicate, prioritise and delegate tasks in a sophisticated environment.
• Run the bar efficiently and maintain cleanliness, order stock, and manage cash and account transactions.
• Ensure the best range of quality drinks are available by trained, knowledgeable staff as quickly and efficiently as possible; meet guests’ expectations.
• Take a proactive approach to develop yourself, Barbacks, Bartenders, Assistant Bartenders, and ultimately the overall guest experience.

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Being highly organised and proactive in managing tasks.
• Having a passion for guest service and the art of cocktail crafting.
• Being an expert in the understanding of mixology and bartending in a high‑volume, upscale environment.
