Are you an experienced barista looking for your next move? At Redemption Roasters we believe great coffee can change lives. Our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work on release often in our own cafés. After a busy few months, we're now hiring experienced baristas at our Victoria Station branch.

• Deliver warm, energetic hospitality that makes every guest feel seen and welcomed, remembering names and orders, making great conversation and lifting someone's day.
• Craft and prepare delicious coffee, drinks and food, with care and consistency.
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and well‑stocked during service, not just at the end of the day.
• Work flexibly across all areas of the café from front of house to bar to kitchen, stepping in where needed and always staying engaged.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols with care and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates, offer help, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Support programme participants and new starters by being approachable, reliable, and inclusive.

• Passionate about great coffee, food, and service, and eager to keep learning and improving.
• Quick to spot what needs doing and happy to pitch in without being asked.
