Hourly with salary of £14.50 per hour + tips. Refresh and recharge in the heart of London’s Charing Cross in our 4‑star luxury hotel.

• Focus on quality, ensuring attention to detail in every dish prepared and presented.
• Uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, consistently delivering meals that delight our guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
• Bring previous experience from a busy, high‑quality restaurant setting, along with expertise in high‑volume banqueting and various cooking styles.

• Passion for delivering guest‑centric culinary experiences with a commitment to real quality.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every plate meets our exceptional standards.
• Collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside a dynamic team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment while maintaining a positive and adaptable approach.
• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating culinary skills and a desire to continually grow and develop.
