Culinary Chefs
on aCasual basis to join our different Kitchens.

• To deliver quality food with the best ingredients, following the menu guidelines but also able to be flexible.
• To participate in hotel activities, training, and product awareness with a curiosity to learn.
• Required to contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance, (including health and safety / HACCP compliance) of all kitchen equipment, ensuring that products are of high quality.
• Offer service in line with the Peninsula Service Principles of which you will be trained.

• Knowledge of food and ingredients with a level of creativity.
• Experience with in a hotel or restaurant kitchen brigade is preferred
• Some level of culinary certifications/qualifications or Apprenticeship.
• Ability to work under pressure.
