- Support the Head Chef in running a high‑end kitchen with precision and efficiency
- Plan and deliver menus for day‑to‑day service and special events
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a seamless operation
