We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Night Porter to join our esteemed Kitchen team. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. • Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
• Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors
• Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
