As a Barista
, you’ll be the face of the coffee experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring each customer enjoys their visit. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about coffee and customer service.

• Greet and engage with customers, creating a friendly and welcoming environment
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos, as well as teas and other non-coffee drinks
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments through the till system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
• Provide information about the menu and offer drink recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation, following specific recipes and techniques
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  
  Collaborate with team members to provide efficient service, especially during busy periods

• Previous barista experience is an advantage but not essential—we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• A strong understanding of coffee preparation and brewing techniques, or a desire to develop this knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage busy shifts with a smile
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, especially when handling cash and transactions
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
