This is a remote Principal Scientist role that requires expertise in scientific research, innovation, and collaboration. The Principal Scientist will lead research projects, oversee scientific experimentation, and analyze data to drive impactful discoveries. • Strong background in scientific research, including designing and conducting experiments, analyzing results, and publishing findings in respected journals.
• Experience in innovation, technology development, and application for enhancing enterprise operations or addressing complex challenges.
• Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and mentoring diverse groups of research professionals.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and collaboration skills to present research outcomes effectively and build partnerships.
• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with substantial experience in applied research and development.
• Familiarity with industrial R&D processes and ability to translate academic research into practical solutions is a plus.
