We are currently seeking master’s graduates to support our Antitrust and Competition business based in London.

The Antitrust and Competition practice carries out theoretical and empirical economic analysis to assist law firms, judges and regulators. Work covers investigations of alleged infringements, damage claims, and the regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of sectors and companies.

As a member of an international team you will support high‑profile cases in the UK, EU, and globally; you will determine the consistency of economic evidence with infringement allegations, quantify cartel damage, and advise merging parties through the merger review process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct literature research and data analysis, ranging from simple descriptive work to complex econometric analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams and produce your own analysis pieces.
  • Interpret results and present findings to team members and clients.
  • Actively participate in drafting reports, memoranda, presentations and other work products.
Requirements
  • Hold a BA/BSc and a Master’s or PhD in Economics or a related discipline with an exceptional academic record. Specialisms such as microeconomics, IO, and econometrics are of interest.
  • Enjoy quantitative research and programming using quantitative software.
  • Be comfortable working in Excel, R or Stata.
  • Have strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken; fluency in another language is useful but not essential.
  • Be able to work effectively both individually and in teams.
