Key Responsibilities- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability testing).
- Analyse user behaviour, identify key problems, and synthesize insights into clear research findings.
- Prepare structured research reports and deliverables for stakeholders.
- Recruit, screen, and manage research participants across local markets.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage user incentives.
- Maintain research documentation, user databases, and study records.
- Ensure all sensitive user information is censored and handled according to internal guidelines.
- Work with global and regional teams to align research objectives and timelines.
- Present research findings to product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields with exposure to research methods.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in user research, market research, research operations, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, interviews).
- Able to synthesize insights, identify problems, and communicate findings clearly.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Native proficiency in the local language and good English (B2+), with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
