We are working with a consultancy that acts as a compass, using hundreds of objective data points to reveal a clear picture of performance across key metrics. Their reports turn numbers into insights, earning them a reputation as trusted partners who guide clients toward confident growth.

They are now looking for a Research Lead to join their team who is a specialist at getting to the bottom of the data :

• Deliver research releases, trend analysis, and data-driven content highlighting rankings, emerging patterns, and critical insights.
• Collaborate with strategists, analysts, and experts to refine perspectives, validate findings, and anticipate industry shifts.
• Integrate portfolio insights into industry trends while addressing client questions to reinforce relevance and impact.

• Possess 5-10 years' research or consulting experience, with insurance expertise and strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, producing engaging content, and adapting research across diverse media and publication formats, specifically in Insurance.
• Understand AI-driven challenges facing clients, collaborating with technical teams while maintaining curiosity about emerging technologies.
